First and foremost, please accept my sincerest THANK YOU and gratitude for helping me navigate through my IRS debt! I don't think you realize the magnitude of what you've done...

My student loans and IRS debt have been like a cement block strapped to my chest for more than 15 years. I've grown accustomed over the past 10 years of not seeing a tax return because if it wasn't the IRS, the student loan people were next in line.

You have lifted a great weight from my shoulders, Miss Turner. A great weight. And all the while, you treated me with respect and dignity. Thank you for not making me feel bad or "dumb."

I know there's still plenty of work to be done, however I did want to take this time out to really let you know how much I appreciate you and your staff. Thank you for continuing to assist me...
